The reason I chose this chrome extensions

The extension provides kids with learning opportunity while they are enjoying themselves. The site consists of not only numeracy practices but also cognitive development games like puzzles. This free application makes it easier for the grade R learners to learn counting. Teaching children how to count up to 9, Math Counting Puzzle is a simple game that the learners will find useful and fun enough to stimulate them to learn and enjoy counting.

It also contains some of the useful tips and games for a reception year teacher to utilize in daily basis when engaging with the children in class. All the extensions allows you to download, this is very cost effective because the teacher would have to use internet in order to access the after downloading. There are also word puzzles and color in apps in the extensions which proves to be doing all in one. This will help the teacher’s time frame since he/she would not have to navigate many sites trying to find educational resources. If the teacher wants to present a lesson on fine motor skills, the link provides with activities to do to promote the development of fine motor skills. This is a child friendly chrome extension and easily accessible download options.

  2. I for 1 as a teacher believe that if you want to plant something in the learners brains it should be at an early age where their brains are still fresh and doesnt think alot, teachering them to count at an early age will help them to be able to live in a mathematical enviroment. When children are counting, they perform a more cognitive activity which they're associating a one to one correspondence with the object and the number to represent a quantity.

  3. err sir I see you have selected a game that is hand related. What if you are allocated to a class where some learners are having disabilities?
some learners are impaired and they wont necessarily be able to relate to technology effectively so.
